The controller config is currently close to being what's needed, but not quite 100% yet. Also, player 2's config doesn't work either.

The plan for this component is:

 -  Be able to recognize if controllers are present or not
 -  If no controllers are present, default to keyboard
 -  Be able to use controller hotplugging (this will require SDL 2)

1st two bullet points are in origin/master. 2nd is going to take a little doing. :-P
